White's,

I have owned White's metal detectors for the past few years since starting the hobby. Both my wife and I own M6's. Simply put, White's metal detectors are superior products that perform with an outstanding level of accuracy and reliability.

As part of the White's metal detecting experience I joined the White's online forum where I have had the distinct pleasure of getting to know detectorists throughout the United States and Canada. We share tips, tricks and stories of our hunts.

In 2009 I began to hunt with some members here in Oregon who I met through the forum. One Oregon member and I started a friendly competition when mid way through the year we compared the number many rings that each had found. Ultimately he won after collecting several more rings than I. Towards the very end of the year I was detecting in an older park in southwest Portland when I happened upon a very strong VDI signal indicating the target was 4" deep. Moments later I dug this gorgeous 14 karat gold wedding band which happened to be my 50th and final ring for the year.
