White's Electronics,

Thought I would send a little story in about my son who has become quite a good treasure hunter. He use to go with me while I detected around tot lots and areas, he would play on the swing sets and playgrounds. At the time he was too small to swing a detector but he did show interest in it especially when I would find quarters.

Recently he said he was ready for his own detector so after researching on detectors that would fit his small frame he and I decided to go with a Coinmaster with the smaller peewee rod he liked the thought of Target ID and I liked the light weight of the detector. Well since he has received it he has found numerous coins and nick-knacks.

I am a Cub Scout leader and he is Cub Scout recently we brought our detectors with us to our weekly meeting to try and share the hobby we love with others. I use a White’s XLT Spectrum and he uses what he calls his Bad Boy Coinmaster. The very first thing I found was a neckerchief, which was very cool considering we were at a Cub Scout meeting.

While I was sharing mine with the parents he was allowing the other Scouts to use his to find coins and nick-knacks by the time we got done all the boys left home with something they found that day. We went back the following weekend and he racked up some good finds with the Coinmaster including three more neckerchiefs and also a few quarters one is a bicentennial, which is attached in the photos! I just want to thank you for making great detectors and for all the support you have provided us with since the purchase of our detectors.

Thank You,

Morgan and Josh (GA)
