Surfmaster PI Dual Field
Designed for difficult beach grounds, the Surfmaster Dual Field combines turn-on-and-go ease with the extreme depth and sensitivity of pulse induction detection. PI technology yields extreme depth detection for coins and jewelry – especially in salt water and mineralized ground.
This detector is surf-ready and completely waterproof to a depth of 100 feet. Its 12” dual-field search coil has near neutral buoyancy, so it won’t push away from the water or try to sink. Included Piezo headphones are also waterproof.
The Surfmaster Dual Field is sensitive to gold, even at maximum depth, and makes hunting easier with gain control and variable sweep speed. The adjustable pulse delay reduces noise from black sand and junk, making targets easier to pick out.

Dual PII have used Whites PI's for the last 20 yrs.
Never had one fail, I have 3 Dual field PI's a TDI
and an XLT. I have done over 300 returns
and made some Great friends over the yrs.
I have found and returned a ring lost swimming
chest deep after 97 days in the ocean.
May u have GOLD in ur scoop. Cheers
Great unitI am a Surf PI owner for 15 years and just upgraded to the SurfMaster three weeks ago. Working the surf line has produced $9.37 in coin, $0.01 as deep as 16" with a rock solid tone. I am sure it will go deeper. The SurfMaster has a faster signal rate and goes deeper, the tuning is rock solid and it auto ground balances well, have used it in LA and San Diego very heavy black sand in San Diego area. The 12" coil allows me to cover more sand and I am able to Center the target with ease.
I hip mount my unit and it is very light. This past week end we worked the beach for over 6 hrs (had to stop got hungry). I purchased two units one for the wife she enjoys being on the dry sand beach and is doing well with her unit as well. Several coins and a Small gold ear ring (the real thing) This unit gave her the confidence to search on her own because it is so easy to use. We are both 73 yrs old.
We own A Surf PI, two SurfMaster PI Dual units and a coin master GT.
Thank you White's for your great support all these years. Customer for life!
The best on the market - turn on an go simplicity - targets at 28"and I thought the Surf Pro PI was a winner - the dual surf if the master of water machines - lightweight compared to others - just wish they would bring back the 950 weighted coil - that would make an awesome combination!
A good metal detectorFor all who look for deep targets I would recommend the Surf Dual Field! It is the best here in Sudan.
Surf PI reviewAWSOME AWSOME AWSOME, I can't say enough good about my favorite White's detector. Living on the Treasure Coast of Florida, it gets a workout! It has unbelievable depth on the smallest targets! It is the deepest so far was a dime at 20" on the beach at low tide. The thing I like most is that this machine doesn't lie! If it says something is there, there's something there! I own three White's detectors and I tell friends and family who are looking to get into the hobby, If your anywhere near the beach, this is the detector you need!
