White's Electronics,

I always had an interest in metal detecting. I had a cheap 20 dollar special as a kid in the 1970's. I bought a White's DFX after Christmas was over in December 2003. I have not regretted it.

It was easy to use, just turn it on and go. I started at the school yards and started pulling up the newer coins. Then I hit the woods and local beaches her on the Upper Chesapeake Bay. The silver and old coin finds sure started coming my way.

When I hit my first half dollar, it was a 1943, I walked out of the woods on air in excitement. I later hit a 1909 Barber half dollar on a bay beach and was just as thrilled. A few months ago I got an 1876 CC Seated Liberty Quarter.

It was on my wish list, I feel in time with my DFX, I can fill almost everything on my wish list. Last year I got my first large cent and half cent. That silver dollar and gold coin awaits me. I feel I will find it with my DFX.

Thanks,

David R. Northeast, MD
