Location: Connecticut

Greetings all,

I thought I'd share some coins that were recently found with my trusty DFX, this machine is quite a few years old now but like fine wine she just keeps getting better with age .The first is a 1787 Machin Mills counterfeit King George III copper (V lack 1787-a. variety)

The second coin is an 1866 two cent piece in incredible shape for a dug up coin. The last is my favorite one of "09" A 1785 Nova Constellatio copper (Crosby-3b. pointed ray variety) another pretty rare coin to find and I get a real kick at being the first person in many many years to touch an item like this.

These all were recovered from areas that have seen years of heavy metal detecting but one thing is very clear, this DFX is still cleaning up the finds at these locations. Thanks for making a great machine.

Dan
