White's Electronics,

I have been metal detecting for about 3 years now off and on due to the fact my job doesn’t allow me a lot of time to enjoy this great sport and I live more than two hr from the ocean, but every year we visit the Jersey shores and the first thing I do is head for the beach.

This year was the best year for me and my DFX. I was searching along the ocean edge when I got a strong signal I was in the jewelry beach program a VDI # 27 was on the screen (ring). With my scoop I move the sand around to uncover a 14kt gold men’s ring I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the gold shinning up at me. The jewelry store in town told me the ring has a value of $ 800 dollars.

If that wasn’t exciting enough on my way back to show my wife my treasure I was approached by a young couple who was so upset that the husband had lost his wedding ring near the ocean’s edge. I asked if they knew the area where it was lost and what kind of metal it was.

They told me that it was titanium and showed me the location. I set my DFX to all metals and found the ring within two minutes. It doesn’t get any better than that. When it comes to finding gold and silver the DFX is the only metal detector for me. You guys at White’s know how to make a true metal detector. Thanks’ again.
