White's Electronics,

I finally went metal detecting today after a year of not being able to go. I haven’t been feeling too good with cancer... My friend from Half Moon Bay called me on Sunday to help him find a wedding ring for his neighbor. I told him I would be there at 9:00am in the morning.

My friend Ed took me to the house and I met the man who lost his ring named Brian. He showed us the place to look and I used my White’s V3 to begin the search. I couldn’t find it where he said it was, so Brian said that maybe it could be in the path to the front yard from the backyard.

I detected from the backyard to the front and nothing. So my friend started talking to him and I didn’t want to give up, so I went back over the grass with my V3. I found the band in the backyard. I walked up to Brian and he just says “Well that’s one... There is still the engagement ring.”

I returned to the backyard and about one foot away I found the other ring. I felt so good when I found the ring, it was great. He tried to give me a $100 reward, but I wouldn’t take it. I was just happy that I could find the rings, it made me feel good.
