I have hunted one particular field with my XLT for over 10 years without finding a piece of gold. This field is just above a swimming area that was busy in the early 1900’s. When I mentioned this to a friend he asked if I ever used the Mixed Mode program, which I hadn’t. At first it was a little frustrating until I concentrated on the positive signals. After about 2 hours I got a low but positive signal and out came my first gold from this field. For now it’s all corn planted till the fall when my XLT and I will be back. Thanks again White’s for another memorable first.
