Metal Detector Used: Other (800-0284)

Dear White's,

I have been metal detecting for about 5 years now with my DFX. I thought that it couldn’t get any better than it is now and that I knew everything about this machine, but I was wrong. I decided to buy a Super 12 coil and since then it has been my number 1 coil!

I get much better coverage and a few more inches of depth (I don’t miss the small objects like tiny hammered coins). After only a few hunts I it a jack pot with the DFX and Super 12 coil. It was a small pre-historic bronze hoard dated 750-450 B.C. and it was about 50cm deep. The hoard included a 2417-2762 year old bronze spear, axe, 2 bracelets, 3 buttons and 2 hair pens.
