Delivery Methods

We offer a variety of U.P.S. shipping options. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items and shipping method you choose.

U.S. and Canada Sales only

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. U.S. Territories and APO / FPO orders are sent via USPS, sorry no expedited services available. Packages sent to Military or Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time.


In stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Business days do not include weekends or Holidays.


Orders are delivered Monday through Friday only, except major holidays. White’s Metal Detectors are sent with Signature Required on delivery.

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.


CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE for ALL Brokers Fees, Duties and taxes upon delivery. Shipping may require an additional one to two days.


Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. White’s Electronics, Inc. charges a 20% restocking fee. Return credit will be for the price of the Merchandise less restocking fee of 20%. If we made a mistake on your order, your return shipping fee will be reimbursed. Otherwise customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
